Dr. Matthew Moy
Dr. Moy grew up in the small town of Holliston, MA. He later moved to New York City for his undergraduate studies at Columbia University, where he majored in biology and was awarded the distinguished I.I. Rabi Research Fellowship. After college, he attended both dental and medical school at Columbia University, College of Dental Medicine and College of Physicians and Surgeons, respectively. He completed a six year residency training in general surgery and oral and maxillofacial surgery at New York Presbyterian Hospital- Columbia University Medical Center, where he served as the chief resident in his final year. In the spring of 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Moy served in the ICUs at New York Presbyterian Hospital to help treat the surge of critically ill patients during a very difficult time. Dr. Moy has extensive experience in full scope oral and maxillofacial surgery, including wisdom teeth removal, dental extractions and implants, complex bone grafting, 3D virtually guided surgery, orthognathic/corrective jaw surgery, facial cosmetics (botox and fillers), and more. He has also had publications in the Journal of the American Dental Association and the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
